Nick Crouch is a seasoned entrepreneur driven by a passion for innovation, leadership, and creating meaningful impact. With over 25 years of experience spanning hospitality, real estate, and private ventures, Nick has earned a reputation for blending strategic vision with operational excellence to fuel business growth and scalable success.

For the past 15 years, Nick has served as Co-Founder and CEO of DYNE Hospitality Group, a $150MM+ fast-casual restaurant organization operating across eight states. Under his leadership, DYNE has grown to encompass more than 3,000 team members. Nick is celebrated for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to excellence, and relentless focus on building strong teams, cultivating enduring partnerships, and designing process-driven businesses that deliver lasting value.
Beyond his business endeavors, Nick is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and creating opportunities that empower individuals within his community. He believes that investing in people is the most impactful path to building sustainable organizations.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling with his family, maintaining a focus on fitness and wellness, boating, golf, tennis, and anything that brings him closer to the water and beach lifestyle.

Wes Daniels is a mission-driven entrepreneur, executive, and former SIGINT Marine with more than 25 years of experience leading at the intersection of national security, technology, and values-based leadership. Every step of his journey—from military service to business leadership—has been shaped and sustained by God’s grace, blessings, and wisdom.

Every step of his journey—from military service to business leadership—has been shaped and sustained by God’s grace, blessings, and wisdom.
Wes currently serves as the CEO and co-founder of Clarity, a fast-growing, private equity-backed defense technology company. Under his leadership, Clarity has scaled into a trusted mission partner for the U.S. government, delivering critical capabilities while building a resilient organization known for operational rigor, innovation, and cultural strength. He has led multiple successful M&A efforts on both the buy and sell side and continues to drive growth through strategic clarity and disciplined execution.
Before launching Clarity, Wes held positions of increasing responsibility at Booz Allen Hamilton and several defense technology firms, gaining a comprehensive view of product development, systems engineering, business development, and enterprise leadership. Across roles and companies, Wes has been known for building high-performing, purpose-driven teams anchored in servant leadership, excellence, and accountability.
As Co-Founder of Faith & Future Holdings, Wes brings this same vision to legacy-minded private investment. Faith & Future is a family office committed to acquiring, revitalizing, and growing enduring businesses aligned with faith, values, and hustle. The firm partners with owners and operators who care deeply about what they’ve built—providing not just capital, but capability, stewardship, and a long-term mindset.
Wes’s leadership is grounded in the belief that business is a calling, and that companies can serve a higher purpose when built on integrity, excellence, and impact. He’s passionate about unlocking potential in people and organizations, multiplying leaders, and investing in ventures that create durable value for all stakeholders—employees, customers, and communities alike.
He earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) while working full-time in national security. Wes has been married to his best friend and greatest encourager for over 25 years, and together they are raising five children in Northeast Florida. When he’s not building companies, Wes enjoys boating, fishing, hiking, and exploring new places with his family—as well as studying Scripture, mentoring others, and serving his local church.
